Because of the lack of information in the description I went to the manufacture's own website. There I found a link stating "Discover all features". Clicking on the page provided a 404 error, and the explanation: "Something Went Wrong. We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

It makes me question the validity of this product.

Alexander Priest, that's not correct... if you click the 'Preferences' button on the Licence Agreement screen then you can install wherever you like

When you say..."Strictly non-commercial usage", are you meaning that this 'web building software' can't be sold'? Or are you meaning we can't use it to advertise something we want to sell?

I'm an artist, would I be able to show some of my previous work on this website, with a view to taking commissions?.

I'd imagine its the standard boilerplate text used in that most software can't be used in a commercial environment (eg, a workplace) rather than not using it for your own use.
So yes, you could use it to create a portfolio website to show off your art.
