While this apears to be a one trick pony it has a potentially useful feature of beeing able to easily add PDF access control to a PDF you've created using a simple PDF printer... you do not have to merge two PDF files in order to use the function since it lets you add only a single PDF file to "merge" and in that way you can add a "Document Open" password and or a "Permissions" password. The installation apears to be practically near portable and copying the install folder over to USB stick should work in Windows 7 and above without any significant issues. The output name is unrelated to the input file name so one needs to be aware of where the output file is going to make sure nothing is overwritten and you do not lose track of what the output file is.... You'll need to rename it to something more meaningfull after "merge" is complete.
