From the FAQ:
"For how long can I use the files?
Once you’ve purchased them, they’re yours forever and ever. You can use it in your projects, of course, but you’re not allowed to resell or redistribute purchased deal to a third party."

From the Terms of Use:

Not for commercial use? A program to generate imagined or non imagined space scenes would be more interesting. Perhaps there's an Open Source one out there somewhere. Lets search.

CliveBowerman, Apparently not..cannot be used for commercial purposes. " you’re not allowed to resell or redistribute purchased deal to a third party."
